Alchemy Techniques

It is quite common for us to be working toward something in the future that we believe will bring us happiness and joy, or for that matter we often feel that something/someone outside us will give us what we need to feel ‘love’ and ‘joy’.   However, if you think about this it is totally impossible to feel happiness and joy in the future or to find ‘love’ from someone outside of ourselves.   This is not disappointing, this is great news as we  can choose, consciously, to experience love and joy right NOW!  If we keep doing this right now, our future will be filled with ‘now’ moments of joy and love.  How cool is that?  No need to have anything from the material world to accomplish this, no need to find someone out there to love you.  We already have access to this energy since it is the true expression of who we  really are, our core essence, the divine you.  If you  just look back at your life and all the things you have attained and realize that at best they only gave you perhaps a fleeting moment of happiness, then addictively you needed something else, from out there, to make you happy.  We  can keep doing this forever, and  will never attain a lasting sense of love, joy, happiness, or peace.  Look at the evidence that is our life, our journey….  Then choose to be joyful and loving right ‘NOW’.   Remember to feel LoveJoy energetically, in body,  and it will help create a pathway that you can access any time, the more you do it the stronger  the pathway.  When the pathway is there, you can just ask to ‘turn it on’ and just pay attention as the energy of LoveJoy permeates every cell of your being.  Ultimately why not just leave it on     When we are expressing energetically Love and Joy, you will find that all the goodies in life are resonant to your energy and more Love and Joy comes into your life.  This can take many forms including of course the goodies from the material world.
