Alchemy Techniques
AT includes a range of powerful trauma healing and alchemy techniques based on its own research and the work of other leading researchers and practitioners. Our ultimate goal is for the techniques to become integrated and individualized within each person, so they in essence become transcended, what remains are the foundation principles behind the techniques. Through spiraling and integration of techniques we arrive at presence and being. In some respects, the techniques are like training wheels! There are 3 basic elements that we work with, each one integrates and synthesizes the capabilities of the others. These are Awareness, Trauma Healing and Core Essence access. All the techniques require the ability to sense energetically in the body, this is easy to learn and improves rapidly with use. Techniques include:
Awareness Techniques: A variety of practices and techniques for improving the quality and depth of awareness, expanding awareness, healing dissociation (soul loss), differentiating self from not-self, presencing to wholeness, oneness, etc and powerful inquiry for framing different views.
Our more advanced training for therapists includes merging consciousness which facilitates the therapist being able to ‘view’ through high sense perception the experiences of the client in their own body. This is incredibly valuable as the subconscious mind is prone to ‘hiding’ issues from us as it’s goal is to maintain a homeostatis of consciousness based mostly on a survival instinct. Through merging, the therapist can ‘see’ what is hidden from the client. In new physics this phenomena is referred to as non-local consciousness.
Sol Technique: This is an advanced meridian technique for quickly healing trauma. It is particularly effective when the client cannot feel a body symptom in relation to an emotionally charged issue in the past or the present.
Oneness Body Technique: This is a fast way of healing trauma sensations by accessing an energetic aspect of ourselves in which past traumatic material dissolves when we put our attention on it. This is a a very powerful technique but is easy to learn for most clients. It also includes an aspect of expanding consciousness.
Reflection Technique: This is a protocol for healing relationship issues and identifying and eliminating dysfunctional patterns of behaviour. It has similarities to the shamanic recapitulation process. However, when combined with the Sol and Oneness Body techniques, past traumatic interactions can quickly resolve. This in turn leads to improvement in relationships in the present. Reflection technique is used in many ways as in relationship our issues are projections of the unloved, dysfunctional parts of ourselves that need to be reclaimed, in this respect reflection technique is used to experience the traumatic imprint within ourselves that relate to these projections.
Core Embodiment Process: This process is a way of developing positive traits such as ‘compassion’ or ‘equanimity’ by enabling the client to embody the quality and healing resistance to its fullest expression. It can be used in a variety of ways for example to embody an imagination of the life you want to live, and to embody a particular trait like ‘compassion’.
Core Expression Technique: This is an advanced technique that clears blockages to the realisation, experience and expression of a person’s core essence.
Consciousness Unification Process: The key problem in human consciousness is that we experience ourselves as essentially divided. This process leads to the unification of various aspects of ourselves and when completed gives a sense of unity and wholeness.
General Alchemical Processes: This refers to a variety of processes enabling us to experience elevated states of consciousness. For instance, one state is having a sense of oneness with our environment. We have a number of techniques to facilitate this. We go into more details on alchemy techniques on the tools for self-mastery course.
Conscious Choice Techniques. We also use a variety of psycotherapeutic interventions drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Santosha and Positive psychology researchers such as Dr Martin Seligman. However, we combine these techniques with trauma healing to promote lasting improvement in well-being.
